"WISESTONE T Co., Ltd." (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") values the personal information of its customers and complies with the "Personal Information Protection Act." Through this Privacy Policy, the Company informs you of the purposes and methods of using your personal information and what measures are being taken to protect it.

5. Procedures and Methods for the Destruction of Personal Information
In principle, the Company destroys personal information without delay once the purpose of processing such information has been fulfilled. The procedures, timeframes, and methods for destruction are as follows:
-Destruction Procedures
Unnecessary personal information and personal information files are stored for a certain period under the responsibility of the personal information protection officer according to the internal management guidelines, after which they are destroyed either immediately or after the storage period.

For information in electronic file format, technical methods that prevent the recovery of the records are used.
For printed personal information, the information is destroyed using a shredder or by incineration.

7. Provision of Personal Information
In principle, the Company does not provide users’ personal information to external parties. However, exceptions are made in the following cases:

-When required by law, or in response to a request from an investigative agency in accordance with the procedures and methods stipulated by law for investigation purposes
8. Outsourcing of Collected Personal Information
The Company does not entrust customers’ information to external parties without their consent.
If such a need arises in the future, the Company will inform customers of the recipient and the details of the outsourced tasks, and obtain prior consent if necessary.
9. Rights of Users and Legal Representatives and How to Exercise Them
As the data subject (or the legal representative of the subject), users may exercise the following rights:
1. Request access to personal information
2. Request correction or deletion of personal information
3. Request suspension of personal information processing
Requests to exercise these rights may be made in writing, by email, or by fax using Form No. 8 of the Enforcement Rules of the Personal Information Protection Act. The Company will take prompt action in response to such requests.
If a data subject requests correction or deletion of their personal information due to errors, the Company will not use or provide the information until the correction or deletion is complete. The right to access or request suspension of personal information processing may be limited under Article 35(5) and Article 37(2) of the Personal Information Protection Act.
Requests for correction or deletion cannot be granted if the information is specified as a collection target by other laws.
When a request for access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing is made, the Company will verify whether the requester is the data subject or an authorized representative. For children under the age of 14, the legal representative has the right to access or modify the child’s personal information, as well as the right to withdraw consent for collection and use.
Requests related to the rights above may be made through the data subject’s legal representative or a delegated agent, in which case a power of attorney in accordance with Form No. 11 of the Enforcement Rules of the Personal Information Protection Act must be submitted.

12. Changes to the Privacy Policy
