Deputy Ministers of the Laos Ministry of Technology and Communications Make Official Visit to Continue Software Quality Collaboration

WISESTONE T is moving forward with the signing of an MOU for strategic cooperation in software quality certification and testing, following working-level discussions with the Department of Digital Technology under the Ministry of Digital Technology of Laos.

Earlier, during an on-site visit to Vientiane, WISESTONE T held an official meeting with the Ministry of Digital Technology of Laos, where in-depth discussions were conducted on digital transformation initiatives and strategies for ensuring public software quality.

As a follow-up to the previous collaboration, on July 23, 2025, the Deputy Ministers of the Ministry of Technology and Communications (Lao PDR) paid an official visit to WISESTONE T.

The delegation, led by Deputy Minister Keovisouk Solaphom and including director-level officials from key departments such as the Digital Government Center, the Department of Digital Technology, and the Ministry of Planning and Finance, held working-level discussions with WISESTONE T's senior management and technical team in the company's headquarters conference room.

The event featured a variety of programs, including ▲an introduction to WISESTONE T and its technologies, ▲a presentation on the data quality certification solution, Stone DQ, and sharing of KOIIA's domestic and international cooperation cases. It also served as an opportunity to reaffirm the potential for expanded collaboration in areas such as the advancement of the e-government platform, improvement of public digital service quality, and ICT workforce development initiatives led by the Lao government.

Building on this visit, WISESTONE T plans to strengthen its practical cooperation with the Lao government and establish a turning point for the international expansion of ISO/IEC-based public software quality certification models and related technology exports.
