Visit to the Headquarters of LAILAOLAB, an ICT Company in Laos

-Understanding the Local Technology Environment and Expanding the Basis for Private-Sector Collaboration –

On July 29, 2025, WISESTONE T's CEO and delegation visited the headquarters of LAILAOLAB, a local ICT company in Laos, to review the local technology environment and the broader digital startup ecosystem.

LAILAOLAB is a leading ICT solutions provider in Laos, carrying out major digital transformation projects across the country. The company develops and operates various ICT services, including e-government systems, public service applications, a data-driven restaurant solution (APPZAP), and a payment system (PHARPAY).

In particular, through its "4B FOR BUSINESS" brand, the company provides digital POS and store management systems for small and medium-sized businesses, contributing to the expansion of private-sector digital infrastructure.

During the visit, WISESTONE T reviewed LAILAOLAB's capabilities in local service planning and development and discussed potential areas of cooperation between the two companies, including ▲ software testing and certification ▲ establishment of a digital service quality evaluation framework ▲ exchange of AI-based test automation technologies.

Building on the expansion of its local partnerships, WISESTONE T plans to broaden its collaboration not only with the public sector but also with private digital companies in Laos.
