Signing an MOU with UNICON.UZ for Cooperation in Software Quality and Digital Trust

On September 17, WISESTONE T (CEO In-seok Kim) signed an MOU with UNICON.UZ (the ICT Research and Development Center under the Ministry of Digital Technologies of Uzbekistan) in Tashkent to collaborate on software quality assessment and the establishment of digital trust.

The MOU was jointly signed by Makhmudov Makhsum Mubashirovich, General Director of UNICON.UZ, and In-seok Kim, CEO of WISESTONE T, marking an important milestone in expanding collaboration between the two institutions to strengthen the quality competitiveness and technological reliability of Central Asia's digital industry.

Through this agreement, the two parties plan to gradually pursue a range of collaborative initiatives, including :

① Establishment of software testing and certification systems

② Joint research in emerging technologies such as AI and data quality

③ Training of specialized personnel and promotion of technology exchange

Through this collaboration, WISESTONE T and UNICON.UZ aim to strengthen the quality competitiveness of Uzbekistan's ICT industry and establish a digital trust ecosystem that meets international standards. The partnership is expected to contribute to improving software quality and promoting technological innovation across both the public and private sectors.

In-seok Kim, CEO of WISESTONE T, stated, "Our collaboration with UNICON.UZ represents an important first step toward standardizing digital quality in the Central Asia region. Based on our extensive experience in testing services and accredited testing and certification operations in Korea, we will work closely to enhance the reliability and international competitiveness of Uzbekistan's ICT industry."

Going forward, WISESTONE T, as a global specialist in quality certification, plans to expand its collaboration network with government agencies, research institutes, and universities, while continuing to contribute to the development of an innovative ecosystem in AI, data, and digital quality.
